【ロサンゼルス28日】日曜日、午前７時〜午前11時までフリーウェイが通行止めになり、20年ぶりにアロヨ・フェストが開催された。

参加者は、リンカーン・ハイツのアベニュー26からパサデナのグレンアーム・アベニューまでのランプのオン・オフからイベントルートに立ち入ることができ、また、地元のメトロAラインの駅（リンカーン・ハイツ駅、サウスウエスト・ミュージアム駅、サウス・パサディナ駅）からもアクセスする参加者も多くみられた。
犬を連れての散歩、スポーツウェアを来てウォーキング、サイクリング、スケート、ジョギング、また、ハロウィンが間近なこともありコスチュームを着ての参加者おり、20年ぶりのイベントは大賑わいとなった。
